English 8

Everyday Editing: Create two sentences: one using a colon and the other using a semi-colon.

Word Study: We handed in the synonym packets and took a quiz over synonyms.

Informational Text Reading: Next, we read an article called "How to Save Energy at Home and School" and in groups discussed the correct answer.

Anne Frank Study: We read the following pages today in class:
1st Hour: 735-739
2nd Hour: 729-733
5th Hour: 729-733

Homework: Complete Antonym Analogy packet/due Thursday.
