English 8

Everyday Editing: Write a sentence using the opener structure and write a sentence using the interrupter structure. Share sentences with a partner, and then turn work into the basket.

Quick Write: Read the article, "How the Holocaust Progressed" and answer four compression questions, summarizing the content.

Lesson: Watch clip of Anne Frank's Secret Annex, and  complete group discussion questions.

Homework: Complete analogy packet using synonyms.
