Everyday Editing: We worked on questions that could show up on the Explore test.

SSR

Quick Write: Explain what you did yesterday on your day off of school.

Lesson: Continue applying article,"Tim Tebow Laws: Should home-schooled kids play sports for public schools?" to worksheet called “Issue Overview Close Reading.”

   Lesson Goals: Reading and interpreting a compare/contrast informational article and looking for the critical issue, perspectives, historical background, and controlling idea.
